Return Policy

Shopaal BD pledge to satisfy you under any circumstances. If the product sent to you is damaged, defective, wrong size, or wrong product, Shopaal will instantly take a step to replace the product or refund your money within 48 hours. You will have no upfront or shipping charges, and the company will carry all the costs. Please look at the conditions to return a product and get a refund or resolve it.     

  • After returning, Shopaal will inspect the product and confirm it.
  • You must avoid using or trial the product if it’s not what you have ordered.
  • The product must be flawless and intact as you get it.
  • Fashion products can be tried to check if they fit you.
  • Original tag, user manual guideline, warranty cards, manufacturing package, and other staff given with product must return as unharmed.   
  • Do not use tap or any other things on the packaging label.

Products can’t be returned if they fall under the conditions.

  • If the delivered product is damaged, destroyed, or broken.
  • If the delivered product is incomplete or any parts are missing.

Note: Change of mind is not applicable as a valid reason to return a product. 


Refund Policy

If the product is wrong, damaged, broken, or unfit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Shopaal customer care and get your product replaced if the condition says or resolved within 3 working days. However, the purchaser will get a refund under two conditions.

  • If the customer cancels the order within cancellation days
  • If the Shopaal BD cannot fulfill the order within the given time.

How You Get Refunds

Shopaal BD will refund you through Bkash, Nagad, or any govt authorized payment method.
